Our Team

Mr. Cletus Zume

Executive Director

Cletus is a PhD student, holds an MSc in Organizational Development, an MBA Student in Project Management (Thesis Submitted). He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Organization Development Part 2 of ICAG and Level II of Chartered Institute of Administration and Management Consultants (CIAMC). Cletus has over 25 years of experience working in the NGO environment.

He worked with Church Agriculture Inputs Supply Project as Accountant for 5 years. He headed Church Agriculture Inputs Supply Project as Project Manager for 7 years. Cletus also headed Center for Women Opportunities for 4 years as Manager and currently the Executive Director for NORTHCOE Ghana. He has led the implementation of several foreign and local donor funded projects including, UNDP, IUCN, Noe, formerly Man & Nature, STAR Ghana, USAID/ADVANCE II (women access to land through the Land Bank project), USAID/APSP Projects, Treedom, and many more.

Mr. Andrew Dokurugu

Technical Lead

Mr. Dokurugu is a Development Management expert with extensive knowledge and experience in environment and rural development. With a career spanning three decades, he holds a certificate in Project Management for Development Professionals (PMD Pro) by the APM Group; MA in Development Studies; MA in Environmental Security and Livelihood Change, and BA in Geography and Resource Development with Sociology.

He also obtained a Veterinary Assistant Certificate from the Animal Health & Production College in Pong-Tamale, Ghana. With eleven years work with Ghana’s Ministry of Food and Agriculture, and another ten years with Tree Aid as a Country Program Manager, he has first-hand experience in agriculture value chain management with particular focus on savannah tree products. He has served as Training Officer, M&E Officer and Program Coordinator during a seven years duty tour with the Christian Council of Ghana. Currently the Technical Lead at NORTHCODE Ghana, he manages a growing portfolio of projects.

Luke Panpogee

Project Officer

Luke holds an MSc in Economics of Technology and Development and a BA in Integrated Development Studies. He has sixteen years of experience working in the NGO sector. He worked with Lassia Tuolu Catholic Agricultural Project in the Upper West Region for five years, worked with the Association of Church Development Projects (ACDEP) in the Upper East Region for five years, worked with USAID ADVANCE II as a Capacity Development Officer in Northern Region and later as an Out-grower Business Network Advisor in Nalerigu, North East Region. He also worked with Intervalle Geneve SA as a Value Chain Manager in Accra, worked with West Africa Trade and Investment Hub (WATIH) as Service Delivery Unit Manager in the Upper West Region and currently a Senior Project Officer in NORTHCODE Ghana in-charge of

Bole & the Sawla Tuna Kalba districts in the Savannah Region. He has in-depth experience in agricultural value chain management with focus on cereal crops. He also has a deep experience in livelihood development, FBOs development and community level capacity empowerment.

Amanda Aaadar-yeb

Field Assistant

Miss Amanda Aadar-yeb holds a degree in education and a diploma in education from the University for Development Studies. She is a gender activist and very passionate about women issues.

Amanda has attended several workshops and training sessions on gender related issues which has strengthened her skills in dealing with women and girls. She is currently heading a project titled “Community Cashew Development Program” with funding from Treedom-Italy aimed at supporting women & youth in rural communities to earn sustainable incomes through cashew farming. Amanda currently doubles as NORTHCODE Gender officer.
